Huisken Meat Company produces frozen beef patties primarily for retail customers. Beef is brought into the plant in either boxes or combos of raw beef and is ground, formed and packaged. We are committed to quality and expect all of our employees to uphold our quality standards.

From time to time, we seek full-time employees as well as supplemental employees on a seasonal basis to help us through our busiest season, which is approximately January – July. Supplemental employees are not eligible for benefits, however based on performance and our needs they may be converted to regular (full-time) status, in which case they would become eligible for benefits. In addition, supplemental employees are paid a premium to help offset their being ineligible for benefits available to employees with regular status.
