Huisken Meat Company Receives Yet Another "Excellent" Score on Quality Audit

Sauk Rapids, MN, May 25, 2006 - Huisken Meat Company, a JNR Corporation company, is pleased to announce yet another “Excellent” score from an early May, 2006 third party audit conducted by NSF – Cook & Thurber. With over 60 years of experience, NSF-Cook & Thurber conduct independent evaluations to determine that manufacturers have appropriately designed systems that are being operated under continual control to assure product safety, quality, and consistency.

Huisken Meat Company scored in excess of 97.7% on a wide ranging evaluation of its management & quality policies; incoming material control; plant facility and in-process control; sanitation, housekeeping, equipment & maintenance; personal hygiene; food safety; and other areas.
